Each subscription includes full AI-powered genomic biomarker testing, a personalised AI Care Plan, and access to a longitudinal health dashboard that tracks your health trajectory over time. Cancer Journey adds EndorseScore, Immune score, and mTOR-Score with longitudinal cancer trajectory, plus enhanced monitoring between tests.
Insurance is not accepted for the D2C subscription at this time. However, both tiers are FSA/HSA eligible.
You can schedule a sample collection appointment at a partner location or request an at-home collection kit, depending on the test requirements.
The Wellness Journey includes one full AI biomarker test per year. The Cancer Journey includes two tests per year (every 6 months) with AI-powered monitoring between tests.
The mTOR-Score is an AI-generated composite metric focused on mTOR-pathway biology and related therapeutic context. It simplifies multi-dimensional genomic data into a single actionable number, tracks your trajectory over time, and incorporates biological age and, in the Cancer tier, cancer-risk signals. Cancer Journey pairs it with EndorseScore and Immune score so you get a multi-signal longitudinal view, not mTOR alone.

The Cancer Journey panel is designed to monitor treatment response across hormonal therapies (e.g. endocrine therapy, mTOR inhibitors), immunotherapy (IO), and targeted agents. Our AI detects longitudinal shifts in your genomic biomarkers between tests — identifying response, adaptation, or early signs of resistance.
